The Kinesis Ensemble, formed in April 2008, consists of graduates from The Royal Academy, Royal College and Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since April they have performed throughout London for various Music Clubs and Festivals including the Launch Concert for The Little Venice Music Festival.
Supported by The Concordia Foundation and as part of the Concordia Foundation International Ensemble, Kinesis have recently performed throughout London at venues including The National Portrait Gallery, St.Paul's, Covent Garden, St Martin-in-the-Fields & St James, Piccadilly. They are currently recording their debut album of Elgar's works at The Wigmore Hall for the new classical label 'Seven Cedars Records' for which they are generously loaned instruments by 'Florian Leonhard Fine Violins'.
Kinesis is an ensemble of soloists who play the great piano quintets, but also have the flexibility to play in different combinations and create their own original arrangements.
